UFOs and alien races - a personal viewpoint

The subject of ufology and the study and research into the subjects of UFOs or flying saucers as they were once commonly known, along with the ongoing debate into the reality or unreality of alien races, is such a massive subject that I will only be able to cover some parts of it here. I am certain that you will already have considered the topic and will have your own views but I would like to share mine and explain how I got involved in this.
When I was a child and into my very late teens I experienced a random series on awakenings at night in which a very loud humming sound could be heard. I never could find where it was coming from and would always wonder why it hadn't woken up my family and the neighbours. In desperation I would often end up waking my parents and sister but they could never hear the noise and that would add to my own personal frustration. My mother would say I was having nightmares but I wasn't because I was fully awake and not scared of anything just baffled!

Many years later UFO researcher and author Jenny Randles gave me a term for these experiences. She said it was "hummadruz," made up of "humming" and "drone" and "buzz.." Jenny said the phenomena was thought to be a "psychic training exercise."
Whatever it was it caused me to start investigating paranormal and esoteric matters. UFOs were very much among subjects I began to read about in books by Arthur Shuttlewood, Brad Steiger, Donald Keyhoe, George Hunt Williamson, Brinsley Le Poer Trench, Eric Von Däniken and others.
I also was to have personal experience of seeing unexplained lights in the sky and a daytime sighting of a silvery rugby ball-shaped object. In the early '70s on my way home I saw a formation of moving stars. A man outside a pub was looking up and he alerted me to the sight. When I got back to the shared house I lived in and told the guys who were my housemates what I had just seen, they said it had been on the news that people were reporting seeing something like what I had seen and it had been called the "flying cross." There were many more sightings I had, including two large orange orbs of light near Warminster, but that was the only one in which there were many other witnesses. It was a UFO sighting I shared with the nation and the mainstream media. Then in the autumn of 2004 before I moved here I saw a black rectangular box moving across the sky in Cardiff. My mind was certainly not on UFOs at the time - I was waiting for a bus in the afternoon and this was the last thing I was expecting to see.
By the late part of the 1970s I had become a columnist for Crystal Hogben's Magic Saucer (Junior UFO News), a publication intended for younger enthusiasts but which had very many adult readers and contributors including some famous names from the world of ufology like Arthur Shuttlewood and Jenny Randles. By then my belief in alien races and the reality of UFOs as craft from other worlds was a strong one and so it has continued, but whilst I may have had a definite belief if you asked me where the flying saucers were from or to explain what was going on I would have to admit I didn't know. The more I found out the less I could be certain about.
The subject, as I have already pointed out is such a vast one, and there is so much information and disinformation that all you can do really is look at as much as you can and make your own decisions about its truth or falsity. For me though for there not to be extraterrestrials never made any sense at all. I only have to look around this planet and see the way life in its countless forms has adapted to every environment to see that this is how it is - the world is full of life. It would make no sense to my mind to conceive of a universe with billions and billions of stars and planets but only with life on this one!
The subject of ufology has many specialised terms and jargon that has evolved over the years eg. "contactee" and "experiencer" are descriptions of people who have made contact with alien beings and/or their craft, and "ET" means extraterrestrial, whilst an "EBE" is an extraterrestrial biological entity. There are many ufologists who believe that many of the craft and beings being encountered are actually coming from other dimensions and parallel worlds and are therefore not having to travel incredible distances from one part of this universe to another.
Other research areas of the UFO mystery include crop circles, believed by many to be created by UFOs and alien beings, and cattle mutilations, also reported being done by unidentified craft and their crews of occupants. Then there are all the reports and stories about crashed saucers with the most famous being the Roswell incident.
There are many contactees who have been abducted, including those who claim to have been on other worlds or taken to ET bases. Many contactees receive telepathic communications and write what they hear down and this is referred to as channeling.
Alex Collier is a well-known contactee who says he is in touch with beings from Andromeda. There is a fascinating interview with him available on video and I have included it here.
Alec Newald wrote a book entitled CoEvolution about his experiences of living on another world he was taken to for ten days. It was published by Nexus Magazine, a publication I have read for many years, and I first heard about Alec's book through its pages. I now personally know him and can recommend his work to you as a description of what another world is like, but of course whether you believe it is true is up to you.
Alec is a friend of contactee and researcher Karen Lyster and she has recently given an interview on Internet radio in which she describes her visit to an alien base. Karen has a brilliant website and another at Myspace and again she comes highly recommended by me as a source of info both personally experienced and what she has discovered.
Karen is a supporter, as I am as well, of Dr Steven Greer and the Disclosure Project. Along with Dr Greer as many as 400 "witnesses" have came forward who are prepared to swear before congress that they have seen evidence of alien beings and/or ET craft in their professional careers in the military and other positions of authority. The Disclosure Project is calling for the reality of alien races and their craft and technology to be admitted by governments and seriously debated in the public arena, not ridiculed or swept aside with some "expert's" explanation or denial. Many of the project's members believe that free energy technology has been known about for many years and has been blocked from the public because it would mean the collapse of the power structure and the system that rules this planet.
It is further believed that most of the ET and other dimensional races use such free energy and that that is exactly the reason they are portrayed as non-existant and denied as a reality or as evil and a threat in films like Independence Day. But just think about what this world could be like if it was powered by non-polluting free energy from a limitless supply!
Many ufologists and conspiracy theorists have heard about Project Bluebeam, which is to take this fear of aliens much further by simulating an invasion using holographic technology and flying saucers built here by the secret military "black ops" divisions. The purposes being to induce such a climate of global fear that the people will welcome the call for martial law and the New World Order being set up in full power.
Just as there are good ETs such as those promoted by the Disclosure Project, some authors and researchers, such as David Icke, Stewart Swerdlow and Michael Tsarion believe there are races which intermixed their genes with those of the Earth people thousands of years ago and that these beings are definitely hostile to us. Tsarion identifies them as the Annunaki who were the Nephilim of the Bible and he puts forward the idea that because these aliens interbred with us their alien DNA became the part of us from which our problems have come - alien DNA being the source of evil and the duality of human nature.
Icke and Swerdlow describe the Draco, a reptilian extraterrestrial race, and these beings are confirmed in the works of Alex Collier. Icke maintains that the Draco interbred with humans and have maintained their bloodline in the elite families of the world and he gives much evidence of this being a reality, bizarre as it may sound.
I come from Wales and have moved to Tenerife, and in both places I find dragons in the heraldry and elsewhere and that fact has caused me to think deeply about this subject. We are taught that dragons were a mythical monster but the question is why is a reptilian being that apparently never existed thought of so highly in worldwide cultures, and become a symbolic image frequently used in heraldic coats of arms? If the dragon is merely the memory of when dinosaurs lived on Earth then this poses another question, seeing as humans were not supposed to have existed at the same time as these giant prehistoric reptiles. Something's not right somewhere along the line!
In the folkore and Celtic traditions of Wales and the stories found in the book the Mabinogion, there are many reports of people being taken to fairyland, of Rip Van Winkle style time distortions when they do so, and of changeling fairy children being left in place of human babies. Many of these stories sound similar to abduction experiences. Wales has also had many UFO sightings in modern times.
Probably the best known form of alien being known to most people, whether they believe they are real or not, is the Grey. They are the beings that usually are seen in abductions. There are many theories about them including the idea that they work for the Dracos, and also that there are many different races of Greys. Freeman, who has a series of excellent shows called the Freeman Perspective in which he either looks at a specific subject or chats with an invited guest, puts forward the suggestion that the Greys may not be ETs at all but a subterranean race that have co-existed on this planet.
It has also been suggested that the grey aliens in abduction scenarios are often not really aliens but are humans dressed to look this way and that it is actually a form of mind control. Some sources claim that there are large numbers of Greys living in underground bases in America.
Stewart Swerdlow, whom I have already mentioned, writes in his books about his experiences as a survivor of mind control experiments and projects at Montauk. Stewart says he has had encounters with many forms of alien being and devotes a chapter of his book Blue Blood, True Blood, which you will find in the lists below, to describing the characteristics of 19 different races. He writes about the Abbennakki, the Aldebarans, the beings from Antaries and Arcturus, the Atlans (or Lyraens), the Draco, the Pleiadians, the Sirian A and B beings, the Greys of Zeta Reticuli I and Zeta Reticuli II and several other types.
William Bramley in his work The Gods of Eden, which contactee Alex Collier recommends as a reference book and is in the Amazon book list below, comes up with the idea of "custodians." These are otherworldy beings who throughout all recorded history have interfered with and controlled, directly and indirectly all human affairs. They are the entities who have appeared and acted as gods and goddesses, or as angels and divine messengers. These are the beings who are behind the cults and religions of the world. These are the prison-warders that keep humans as prisoners spiritually, mentally and physically. An example of such a custodian entity would be the angel Moroni who appeared to Mormon founder Joseph Smith.
The Book of Mormon resulting from this contact has become the guidebook to a religion, which believes in life on other worlds. There are some very big cults and new religions that share a belief in extraterrestrial races. The cult of Scientology, for example, has the Marcab and Helatrobus civilisations, as well as "implant stations" on other planets and flying saucers in its "advanced" teachings. The Unarius Foundation, which was founded by Ernest L. Norman was run after he died by his wife, a very colourful lady whose real name was Ruth Norman but who said she was the Archangel Uriel. The Unarius teachings are based in part around the idea that this world is just one in a confederation of 33 planets.
Oahspe is a huge book dictated by "angels" via automatic writing to American dentist John Ballou Newbrough in 1981. It is said to be the first work to use the term "starship." Oahspe has spawned a large group of followers of its teachings known as the Universal Faithists of Kosmon.
The L/L Research group set up by the late Don Elkins with the help of Carla L. Rueckert published a series of booklets including Secrets of the UFO, The Law of One and the Ra Material. Much of the work they released included channeled material and, based on work by George Hunt Williamson, they put forward the idea and the term of "wanderers," meaning a type of being who can move from one planetary system as well as possibly from one dimensional scale or "density" to another as they incarnate in various bodies to experience different lifetimes. Such a wanderer has amnesia of their true identity to varying degrees and that goes with the taking on of a physical body on a planet like Earth. Such an individual throughout their lives may not feel as if they fit in at all well and may think they are not from here.
Many ufologists would point out that there is much evidence for flying craft many thousands of years ago, long before planes and helicopters and rockets were invented by modern scientists. The ancient Indian Vedas have many references to vimanas, which were aircraft, some of which were able to travel in space and others were used in wars using advanced weaponry. Explorer and author David Hatcher Childress has written at length about vimanas in The Anti-Gravity Handbook.
The Bible warns of "signs and wonders" in the heavens that will be seen in the end days and cautions that the Devil can appear disguised as "an angel of light." Many Christians believe that the aliens are actually demons. Personally I believe that there is an interplay of "good" and "bad" forces in this yin/yang universe. Looking around me it appears that the bad side have been running things in their favour and against ours. It is said that the universe must maintain a balance and if something swings too far towards one extreme then it must be compensated for by an equal swing the other way. I would personally like to believe that this will be the case on Earth and that the time is fast approaching when we start heading towards a future "Golden Age". Only time will tell but in the meantime the mystery of UFOs and aliens makes a fascinating study that you can never find out too much about.

I wasn't sure what to include and what to leave out because it is such a huge subject and just went with what I felt would be of interest and some different areas of ufology!
The argument is always interesting and well connected with Chemtrails topics. Inserted interviews are great. Have also material about alien technology and biogenetic knowledges?
Yes, it is connected with chemtrails in several ways - firstly that the elite/Illuminati in control are believed to be run by aliens and/or are partially non-human themselves and secondly that UFOs have been spotted in chemtrailed skies!
Thanks for the feedback and I had too much info to choose from but was kind of hoping that veiwers would contribute additional parts of the subject as the topics youhave mentioned are. We could have an entire Hub about alien technology and how much of it is already in use!

Very thorough, it needs the exposure any which way it can happen. I've lived it for a very long time now, (since I was a small child) It plays a major role in my perceptions of things, and I hope to help people become more educated on the subject as well. It's ironic how much effort and focus is so profoundly put, on what "They aren't Seeing", vs. "What Is Being Seen, and Witnessed by Others".
More than 1/2 the population believe in UFO's and Alien existence, I for one have no choice but to believe. I have seen, and witnessed too many. I too have a current Picture we took ourselves of a UFO that certainly was not a plane, or military craft...I can assure you.

Thank you, Dawn! :) I think why they focus on what can't be seen is just another expression of the elite wanting the people to stay as asleep as possible! We are not supposed to know that other civilisations exist and that they have far far better technologies run on non-polluting fuel and free energy - well they can't have people considering that!
Some of the things I haven't told many is that I have had the same Humming sound more times than I can count. It was always present as I waking up (very groggy) after being abducted. My mother swears I spoke in Alien Language as a small child, and this went on for many years. She said she would hear talking in the middle of the night, come to my room, and see me sitting up in bed babbling some kind of unknown dialect. The abductions continued, including the day I went into labor, I awoke at 5am to hear the usual loud humming, (while I was huffing and puffing from contractions). I knew, and my husband knew we had again been abducted. At least they brought us back. Everywhere I go, this happens to us...as a family, not individual. Just my husband, me and my daughter, not our extended family. I have some close friends who have also witnessed what we go through. They too have seen the UFO's, and are stumped as to why we are a target for such a long time. We have many instances of missing time, watches that abruptly stop, days we can't account for, odd memories, and this intense hind sight, or foresight that we seemed to have picked up along the way somewhere. We both have high IQ's, and we're both Artists, among other things, I'm not really sure if that's relevant either, it could be I suppose. The things that are puzzling to me are the fact that it's continuing, they obviously don't harm us, that we know of, and I seem to have some memories about it. Although we do feel a bit singled out, we've concluded there must be a reason. I also have strange things happening on a daily basis for as long as I can remember. I speak to people on the phone all day every day, and each time they go to write my number down, their pen stops...on every single call. I walk outside, and I blow out street lights...this is going on since I'm a small child. Some experts in my travels tell me it may be relevant to the abductions, but they're not sure how. They tell me I am an Electric person with a charge...lol It's still currently going on right now, and I really can't explain it. I'm also an Empath, and I do have a developed sixth sense, as well as a photographic memory that shocks people at times. I remember peoples phone numbers from 15 years ago too...lol It's very therapeutic for me to write about this, as I really have no one of experience to dissect it, and try to help me figure it out. This is the first time I'm really elaborating on the subject. FInding you, and reading of your experiences gives me assurance, and hope that possibly some day we may get to the bottom of it.

Dawn, I could have added a lot more personal info but didn't because I was trying to cover as much ground as possible but in the light of what you have posted I would like to add that I was once regressed for a TV program called Weird Wales, and the hypnotist Dave Coggins who is also a UFO researcher and part of a Welsh paranormal research team, believes I am an abductee. It doesn't bother me whether I am or am not, nor does it concern me as to what the humming was any more - I wasn't harmed as far as I know by any of my experiences. I also have had the experience of street lights going out when I walk by them as well as loads of electrical problems that are not easily explained. I get watches stopping too, which is a real nuisance! The reverse Uri Geller affect! lol
Wow...I'm having a Dejavu...I have either met you somewhere, or maybe saw this show you were on. Last night I sat here and probed my memory banks as to how I know you. As weird as this is, I'm getting the distinct overwhelming feeling this was supposed to happen. I can't even say I found you by accident, because I was actually searching for intelligent life on the subject.
Do you think it possible that something involved with the abductions, and the idea of being taken through, and out of the atmosphere actually triggers the awakening of this Electrical Charge many of us seem to have. We are very primitive in my eyes, and I think of the technology they have...and I'm feeling like it's connected to this Electric thing going on. Many many things do not want to work around me, it is definitely a nuisance to me too. I have met others like this too, not many but a few. They too have no explanation.
To comprehend the magnitude, and depth of this, you really have to put all your tradition, and pre-conditioning aside to step into the realm of the unknown. I can feel things off a person standing on the other side of the room. If I focus I can usually send them a spark, and make them look at me. I have some kind of tuning in ability, it seems to make people nervous too...lol
I'm not the least bit worried about any of this, I believe everything happens for a bona-fide reason. There is no coincidence, and we are surrounded by many realms, planes, and plateaus of existence. It is up to us what limit we take it to. I believe our growing Alliance will prevail, because many want to know the truth. As do you and I.
I think people need to forget what they "think" they know, and "look" at the facts set before them. Willingly closing your mind to what's going on, could possibly be the worst decision a person could make in lieu of what is anticipated to occur in the future.
There is more unknown, than known, I personally prefer to be prepared, and educated vs. ignorant and in the dark like a mushroom! lol

I believe that if you are working with feelings and synchronicities that is the right way of going about things, although it can be hard in the world we are in due to distractions, feelings of what will others think and restrictions we have agreed somewhere along the line to have had imposed on us. Yes, something like this may have been meant to happen - I came across the idea in my studies about "wanderers" - I have read most of the L/L Research publications and corresponded with people in that group - that such beings may meet others of their kind and recognise them or may fail, and I have come across in many places that people in our lives of any importance we perceive are souls we have known before. These ideas make sense to me.
I totally agree with you when you say "there is much more unknown than known" but I think those that do know have made a brilliant job of stopping the majority finding out very much.
Talk about abilities, and enhanced awareness, etc. Here's the human radar, thought planting, signal sending, electrical output...or something I can't explain. It happens often, and my husband and I find ourselves looking at each other and laughing, because it's so frequent. lol
This just happened...this morning. My husband and I have this friend, we've always been conserned about. He had a bout with drugs, (no clue which) and now he's on the right path. I had a phone conversation a week ago with him and I'm pretty aggressive about health, and doing the right thing in life. So of course I was lecturing him a bit, and letting him know that it's critical to associate, and direct his attention to people who are on the straight and narrow, and so on.
He was telling me how his girl friend won't allow him to associate with anyone from his past, etc. I reminded him, and insisted he bring her here to meet us, since we we're really his only straight friends. He resisted, and told me she wouldn't do it, she doesn't want to meet anyone from my past. I said ok, and left it at that.
This morning, my husband and I were talking about him. We we're slightly elevated in mood, tone, and I stated to him, what I had told this guy on the phone, with I guess you could say exaggerated enthusiasm, and emphasis on how serious I was about it. We were having the discussion because he's important, especially if he's to remain straight.
No more than 5 minutes went by and he was knocking at the front door of our Tattoo/Art Shop, saying he had gotten this funny feeling which made him immediately take a detour to our place...with the girl friend! Mission complete! lol
My life gets stranger every day!...lol
Seems like I can reach out in the distance, and touch someone by focusing on them. It's not the first time either, I've even had people call me, and say...I don't know I got a feeling like I should call you.
And the journey continues, where it ends up...well...I'll be very enthusiastically awaiting that outcome.
Another odd one. Two weeks ago I learned my best friend from childhood was killed on his motorcycle. One month before, I had been getting this funny feeling that I need to call him, something was wrong. (his mother later told me he was extremely depressed prior to his death)
Out of the blue, not knowing anything about his death yet, I called his best friend, who I also went to school with...the call that made me sink into my chair. I was 2 weeks late in reaching him.
The odd thing is, I think my friend himself was sending me signs, and messages to call his mother. She too was shocked that I called, because they had been trying to reach me for weeks.
Nevertheless I was very distraught, and still am. I was telling my daughter about my friend, and things we used to do together, and suddenly the lights flickered...lol We went onto what we were doing, and got in the car, and my friends favorite song came on the radio...lol We used to scream this song as kids (Roxanne..by the Police). Needless to say he was one of us, and he gave so much to people, and was such a great person, just thought some may like that my friend was able to reach out from the grave to prompt me to learn something I needed to know.
I think because of the intense health routine I have, I am way more receptive to things I wouldn't be, with poor health. I really am convinced it plays a major role in what you can achieve as a human. It's something I have been able to manipulate, and maintain for a very long time now.
Edgar Cayce says we're standing next to all the people who have passed on, they're just on a different plane of existence, but they're right in the room with us. Things that make you go...Hmmmm...lol

Dawn, I have had two experiences when friends of mine had died and I had had light bulbs blow in the house I was in before I was told the news by anyone living. One of these friends used to cause bulbs to blow when he was alive and so when I was told he had died I realised he had called in to say goodbye and probably the other friend did likewise and although I couldn't see them their energy was enough to affect the circuitry in my living room.
Bard, I have had no experience with UFOs, although I've always belieed that they were out there and that their is lots of life on other planets.
I've had other expeiences, an out of body eperience, My mother visiting me to ask for forgiveness after her death ad visiting my father in "heaven" or where ever it is that he is.
Hi Karen! All these types of experience you describe are relevant to the UFO subject I am sure as part of the bigger picture, especially if the craft and beings in them are from other dimensions or able to access these and this one - which I believe. People tend to think of this physical world as all there is when its solidity is an illusion and there are probably many other worlds that occupy the same space but on a different density!

I'm so glad you posted this. I've been reading and looking into this subject for quite some time and I'm glad that when someone mentions the subject these days, people don't claim you're some conspiracy theorist to the degree they used to. I believe the truth as seen in the Disclosure Project and other sources is now bringing to light what the powers that be can no longer keep under wraps.
Sometimes when people have asked why I believe that these things are present and very much as real as we are, I direct them to the some of the old paintings from centuries back where these odd orbs and vehicles in the sky exist. I then ask them if they believe the artists that painted them were also conspiracy theorists :)

Thank you for posting, sunstreak, and I am glad to hear from a fellow researcher and believer in UFO and alien reality.
Personally I don't think the UFOs in ancient artwork is a very convincing line though unless you can deal with potential debunkers who can explain that many of these objects were stylized religious art and symbolism used at that period and often the "craft" are more likely depictions of sun and moon, clouds and even a cardinal's hat, which just happens to be standard saucer shape.

However, it is of course possible that the cardinal's hat takes that shape because it is modelled on a UFO, just like it is said that the the headgear of biblical Levite priests are dome-shaped in the likeness of the magic mushrooms they consumed, and that the Pope's hat is a fish head representing the fish god Dagon.
I am one of those people who remain skeptical about many things, and I remain skeptical about whether or not many of the reports people give about alien abductions are true. Not to say people are lying, only that at times our brains do funny things to us. That said, I do not have a closed mind on the subject. Being skeptical does not mean one disbelieves the possibility, only that not enough evidence has been produced to convince me. When I was young my brother and I were watching a light high up in space. It looked like a satellite orbiting the earth. Then without any apparent reason, it reversed course without turning. It was as if it stopped for the briefest of moments, and then retraced its path. I know satellites don’t do that, but just what it was, I don’t know. Later one friend said it might have been that the satellite traveling south had entered a “dark zone” where the earth’s shadow blocked the light that had been reflecting off the satellite. And maybe another satellite just chanced to enter the “light zone” while going in the opposite direction. Possible, I guess. However, I remain open to the possibility that either what we saw was indeed some extra-terrestrial craft, or that it was just some odd occurrence that even today I can not explain. So, keep searching the skies. I do believe that with the number of worlds out there, other planets must have developed life. I only remain skeptical, but open minded, as to whether or not those life forms have bothered to visit us.

I too have seen what appear to be satellites that then do stuff that satellites don't do but I because I was already a believer I assumed they were craft and left it at that. Although I have firm beliefs I can also be sceptical of much that I hear which is a strange combination that has evolved in me basically because so many people do lie and present false info knowingly and unknowingly and the amount of info, much of which is conflicting is simply too much to get through! And years ago as I said in my article I was at a point where I would have said, yes, UFOs exist for sure but that's about all I can be definite about! So I can understand your viewpoint.

Let me say from the start, I have NEVER seen anything "supernatural" in my life - no ghosts, spirits, aliens, saucers, nothing whatsoever - except in my dreams. And anything can happen in a dream...
Not only that, but through my life I have progressively homed myself in on a scientific, materialistic view. If you cannot sense it with your senses, or measure it with your instruments when your senses fall short, then it isn't there. In our macro-world, objects cannot pass through each other, nor can they actually disappear. Matter and energy are directly interchangeable, but only in the Sun or atom bombs. And only in the one direction, come to think of it.
Consequently there is no room for "God" in my universe: it "banged" into existence, creating itself in the only way possible for time to unroll. Life abiogenetically arose from sterility, and evolved, probably at its maximum possible pace considering the conditions it had to endure, until the present day. All this happened without a trace of God, or meaning, or purpose, for these things simply aren't necessary.
It is we, so-called "intelligent" bipedal simian hominids that we are, who just adore ascribing meanings to things and developing personal purposes, probably because our imaginative potential is close to infinite, while we occupy ourselves with truly trivial activities, unable to harness this potential to anything truly demanding.
So would this, one might say, cynical scientist/engineer BELIEVE in "flying saucers"? (Place your bets, please...)
Er, yes. I read Leonard G. Cramp's book "Piece for a Jigsaw" at the end of the sixties and it peeled the scales from my simian eyes. By logic. This is how it was done.
He recounted and tabulated thousands of UFO eye-witness reports, mostly from uneducated peasants, and looked for unusual evidence that stood out as distinct from observed reality. By which I mean distinct from it being normal that objects fall, winds make noise, flying objects don't fly flat on to their direction, the surface of a lake is always flat and horizontal, and solid objects cannot change their size. And he FOUND evidence!
He then separated out these distinguished reports and checked them for additional correlating evidence. He FOUND these correlations!
Compressing this stuff into a nutshell, this is what he found: the flying saucer common known as an "Adamski Scoutship" uses three bipolar GRAVITY generators as its means of propulsion. (These are the large bumps on the underside of the saucer.) They HAVE to be gravity generators because ONLY a gravity field can cause the centre of a lake to rise up (with almost no speed at all - we aren't talking explosions here) without a splash, ripple or noise. Eyewitness sightings thousands of miles apart and in different languages reported similar events.
Prior to Cramp's research, of course, such SEPARATE and ISOLATED tales would be treated with scorn. Lakes don't rise up.
Then, the rest follows naturally - taking off fast off the ground and skewing into their course, these saucers burn skewed holes in earth. Taking off fast, and away from the onlooker, the disk of the saucer appears to shrink to a dot, which vanishes. In either case, there is apparent silence, although electrical conductors (like trees!) will shake violently, and a breeze will spring up minutes later. Taking off fast out of a lake, the lake surface rises, the craft can't be seen, for a large amount of lake is still attached to its undersurface and pouring UPWARDS. Before it reaches the cloudbase above, a HOLE appears in the cloud through which the saucer passes. Saucers fly FLAT ON. The air ahead is compressed at a controllable point by an attractive focal point of "positive gravity", to which the saucers is being continually attracted, whilst behind the air is rarefied by a repulsive focal point of "negative gravity" which is continually pushing the craft forward. The air around the craft is travelling AT THE SAME SPEED as the craft so there CANNOT BE ANY AIR RESISTANCE, EVEN IF IT IS TRAVELLING AT 5000MPH. At night the intense cyclic field excites the atmosphere around the saucer, causing it to glow like two cone-shaped fluorescent lamps back-to-back.* WOW!
The scoutship is a PRESSURE VESSEL. It is a BATHYSCAPE, has really THICK portholes, and weighs 2000 TONS. WOW!
(Those gravity generators must be INTENSE to accelerate 2000 TONS at 200 times Gravity! WOWIE-ZOWIE!!!!)
"Ah, wait a minute" (you might ask, if you know some science) "the occupants would have to be made of steel to tolerate 200G!" (True - that rate of acceleration is only endured by artillery shells and anti-missile missiles!)
But if we look at the top and bottom of the "bathyscape" we can just discern three small bumps. Local gravity field generators, set to locally NEGATE the "ship" field.
So, during take-off and acceleration away, when the occupants stand (or sit) inside, looking out through their portholes, they feel virtually NO acceleration: the porthole simply appears to be a very-high-definition viewscreen - a monitor. No matter which way up, these guys remain with their feet on the deck. (Multiple WOWIE-ZOWIES!)

Wow, you have condensed a LOT of information into this hub, thank you for it. I've had experiences with this topic since I was a small child, but the experiences pretty much stopped altogether when I hit about 40 years of age. I've never quite been able to explain them, and I've never read an explanation that was completely convincing. One reason may be that we just don't have the brainpower yet. I mean, ask a grasshopper to explain what human beings are and why they step on grasshoppers, and what would you get? If a grasshopper could talk, his explanation would be completely in grasshopper terms and human beings would be large foot-shaped shadowy objects from outer space. But of course, we live right here on earth, and we aren't shaped like feet at all.
I think I've made a big enough fool of myself at Hubpages after six months now that I can safely write about my own experiences and ideas and no one will think any differently about me than they already do. I think I will. Thank you so much, this is a very helpful and interesting!

I would add that I believe we humans as we are at present are limited in our abilities because at some point somehow we had a lot of our brain functions and senses turned down to varying degrees or off, like the idea that we only use 10%. We may not have always been like this and there is no reason why other beings should be as limited as we are. The elite clearly don't want us any more aware or able so the dumbing down projects are in full swing
WOW, the comments here are as interesting as the hub itself. I am always interested in the sightings of other people, and compared them to my own experiences. When I was 5 years old, I had no idea what a UFO was. My mom made sure that my brother and I-he was 3 years old- not watch scary things on TV or be exposed to them, because we were scared of out own shadows.
One day in summer, my brother and I were playing on our swing set on my grandfather's farm in Wisconsin. The farm was located next to a large marsh complete with numerous Indian mounds, which produce their own weird phenomena.
My brother suddenly stopped playing, and I could see he was shaking. His eyes were rolled back in his head, and his mouth was hanging open. I knew right away he was very afraid of something. I turned around and looked behind me and there was a silver saucer, only maybe 6 feet off the ground and maybe 10 feet from me. It was not very large, maybe 12 feet across, and there was no sound, or no lights of any kind.
My brother does not remember any of this at all. However, I have remembered seeing this thing, but I don't remember what happened after that. Whatever it was, we were very much afraid, but why were we? We had no idea it was bad or evil.
Anyhow about 10 years after that, we were living in Virginia Beach, and my mother was just about going nuts because she heard these radio signals in her head. She even had her teeth removed, because they though the fillings were picking up something, but the beep, beep, beeps continued for several years. We never did find out what it was.
Then there was my father who was a Naval Officer. He spent several years on the FDR which was the first ship with nuclear capacity. The Navy warned him to never tell what he knew, or his family would be in danger! Now that sends a chill down my spine that the US Navy would say such a thing, because I always felt the Navy as a benevolent force for good, we were treated extremely well by the Navy.
Just before my father died in 2001- from a strange kind of Hodgkins Disease that seems to plague anyone who served on aircraft carrieers.... he told me of just one incident that he experienced while on the FDR. It was just beginning to get dark when suddenly the ocean seemed to boil! Suddenly a very large UFO, saucer shaped and lit up to look almost see through, burst out of the ocean at such a speed that the aircraft carrier rocked back and forth. Within a few seconds it was gone. I don't know what year this happened.
I have had my share of strange experiences in my lifetime, too numerous to go into detail here. The thing that drove me nuts the most was when it felt my head was vibrating and my head would seem to buzz. This happened to me for many, many years. I don't know...I get migraine headaches where I have a visual disturbance first, and I always thought maybe my experiences had something to do with that. I really do not want anything to do with UFOs. Anyone who scares little children the way my brother and I were scared are pure evil. BTW, don't ever let your children play alone outside, I don't even feel safe letting my sheep roam the pastures, the UFOs also mutilate animals, although that has never happened here.
The animal mutilations alone are scary, because if they wanted to study these animals, they could find a better way to do it. There is no reason to drain all the blood out and then carve out the reproductive organs. And...what about the poor ranchers? They are losing a lot of money. Not to mention the emotional loss of beloved animals. Yes, most farmers think a lot of their animals and it would be very upsetting to most to think the animals suffered in any way. Too bad out government cannot protect us enough to keep the UFOs away from the livestock.
I hope I live long enough to find out the official truth about UFOs. I know it is something BIG, maybe so BIG humankind cannot handle it? I kind of doubt that!

I don't know if you have come across the idea that the animal mutilations are not being done by ETs but by humans of the black ops and secret military so that aliens can take the blame as evil beings. This may be the case although I think it is likely that there are aliens that would do this and far worse. I think there are many races of aliens involved and by our standards some would be some very good, some very bad and some neutral.
It is normal for people in the forces not to be allowed to speak about what they know. That many do so anyway is a sign of their bravery and courage of their convictions. There are many ex-services witnesses in the Disclosure Project who testified before congress.
In your opinon Bard, would you say you can tell the difference between a benevolent and malevolent UFO and how? From your experience?
Very difficult to know and answer! All I can say is firstly to decide from the actions of the craft eg if it is abducting you against your will I would say that is hostile and would class that as interference in other species, namely us, and secondly on your feelings and reaction to it - gut feeling. The nearest I can answer from my remembered experience is a night back in the late '70s in which I had two encounters and the first caused fear. This happened when I was waiting at a roundabout in a place called Cold Ashton outside Bristol trying to get a lift and it was already dark. I saw a glowing figure in the middle of a corn field and I got goose pimples and felt scared and ran further up the road not looking back and then luckily a car stopped. What the figure in the field was I cannot say but my reaction was fear. Was this fear because it was an unknown? I can't say. Some hours later on another road outside Warminster I saw two orange UFOs that were right above me but there I didn't feel afraid although I felt like they were watching me as I was watching them.

Yes it is and I have followed the subject or many years. Every time some new material appears, some one else just as carefully trashes it. There is so much information and misinformation out there. It is really hard to sift the wheat from the chaff.
Indeed, and if you take into consideration that there is much evidence that both the human military and some alien races use advanced mind control and hypnosis sorting out what is real and what isn't and what is as a result of such manipulation makes it even more difficult. Add into the equation mental illness of some people involved in ufology, plus the attention seekers, plus the people interested not in the truth but in making money and it all becomes even more complex and takes dedication and perseverance to pursue and sift through it all. At the same time I cannot think of a subject that is a more worthy one to study!

Then there are the scientists who are risking their professional reputation to recount their various ufo experiences. If a regular person suggested they exist that is one thing, if scientists say they exist then the discussion is finished. Unless they have an alternative reason to come forward...but what could it be?

I wouldn't agree "the discussion is finished" though if a scientist makes some claim because many people don't trust scientists and scientists themselves don't agree so it is just another "professional opinion." In conspiracy theory regarding Project Bluebeam it is believed that the public will be indoctrinated to believe in UFOs and aliens but to see them as a threat. So people who believe in that idea would say the scientist could be being paid to be part of the agenda to get people believing in ETs. The "threat from space" cannot work if the population don't believe aliens exist. This is one tangent of a very complex subject.
Yes, you have a point Bard. They're not considering the fact, however, that scientists are the last people who'd want to make people afraid of the unknown. Why would anyone believe there is a threat when we know nothing about them at all? That's the dangerous part of keeping ufos and aliens under wraps, if indeed there are aliens.
I don't know whether to believe in UFO's or not. Some say that some of the sightings are secret military tests conducted in California/Nevada/Arizona. But their have also been sightings by so many people(including you). I guess only time will tell the whole truth.
Yes, indeed, there is the idea that many UFOs being seen are secret Earth military craft. Some people say they are all of this nature and there are no ET craft, some say the secret craft are based on real ET technology either given to the military as part of a governmental deal with alien races or back-engineered from captured and crashed saucers, some people say it is a mixture of real alien craft and ones made here, and others claim there are no flying saucers.

Bard-Why doesn't the government just come out with it all already. I know it's there. I really do.
Because governments lie to the people and are not there for us - they are there to GOVERN us! Not only that but many people believe that at the top of the pyramid of world control are alien beings anyway so if that's the case then the governments do what their alien masters tell them to do.
You must also consider the massive threat to the system it would be if it had to be admitted that alien technology and fuel sources could be free and were non-polluting! That puts the entire petro-chemical business out of business and everything driven by petrol and oil would be obsolete.
Not only that but those in the elite who want to drastically reduce "the herd" in numbers know that it is likely that if we had free energy and were not dependent on their system then we would be likely to reproduce even more of us.
If that is not true and governments are honest dependable friends to the people of the planet then the answer is that they fear we could not cope with it and there would be panic.

Yep, I do believe. There comes a point when you have to. Ely-I don't know about the top been aliens and all, but it does make sense that they would cohort with them to borrow technology but keep us ignorant in order to centralize power.
As for oil companies, they are inevitably going to close regardless (or unless they invest in renewable resources) because of environmental concerns so if they have free energy, it's a shame. Everything has its time, I suppose.

I've had experiences of humming sounds too..very strong, vibrating. I always felt I was going somewhere (like an out of body experience), but was afraid, because I didn't know where. Makes me think of a dream or whatever it was I had a few years ago...I heard a noise like a bullet hitting tin and then a clear voice said, "You are one of the genesis people." This was so odd and out of the blue that I still remember it and wonder what it means. Maybe just a dream. Any thoughts, y'all?
Oh, and someone mentioned chemtrails..man, they were very frequent around here (southern U.S.) about 2-3 years ago in the Spring. One day, looking at the criss crossed sky, I saw a plane with two rows of very small silver cylinder shaped things..didn't see any wings...flying alongside the plane.., about 12 of them.. But I think it has to do with weather modification or something..The contrails spread out and cloud the sky and it's always very windy shortly after. I don't understand why people don't notice this.

I just wrote a hub about UFO sightings and such in the San Luis Valley, and I've concluded that such things have more to do with what we don't know about the natural world and our own minds. Until someone finds an alien artifact whose origin is incontrovertible, I consider such notions little more than vivid imagination, coupled with lots of hoaxes. People love a good hoax, don't they?
Well, of course you have your opinions and I have mine but for me the craft are very real as alien ships and those manufactured on this planet. Hoaxes have very little to do with the subject to my way of thinking!

What is most frustrating is that there are so many perfectly same people with vivid personal experiences of UFOS or aliens or both, and still so no single consistent credible explanation for what is really going on. Thank you, Pam! As it happens I have nearly finished reading contactee Miriam Delicado's book Blue Star Fulfilling Prophecy that throws another slant on it. Miriam is convinced what the aliens she met and is in touch with are telling the truth. They said they were "caretakers" and had played a hand in our creation. They are the Tall Blond type. Miriam met with Hopi elders whom she shared her experiences with and this year has been to meet the Kogi Mamos after phoning me and I introduced her to my friend Sabrina Montanaro who accompanied her. In the Hopi tradition a Blue Star being sighted is a sign for the end of this period. Miriam's book talks about how there have been three previous worlds and this 4th one is soon to be upgraded into a fifth. I came across this stuff in Hopi belief systems some years ago so already know about it. Miriam is currently organising the "Great Gathering" and she believes this year is a very important one in re the forthcoming changes.

Someone, somewhere in this world knows exactly what's going on and the UK government are disclosing information on UFO's and aliens by 2012. Why by 2012? According to NASA nothing is likely to happen.
I have thoroughly read the work of Alex Collier and all his videos and am now prying into a few other cases looking for consistencies or, as it may be, inconsistencies.
Personally I believe that if we zoom out billions of times then the Earth becomes a petri dish, a genetic experiment taking place possibly by aliens and we're the guinea pigs, it makes sense. Why are humans the only species on this planet that wears clothes and drives cars and builds properties? Some might say it's because we're conditioned but then why don't other creatures get conditioned into these sort of things? It's because we have that alien DNA in us, we are probably some kind of hybrid.

I have found some very interesting evidence in certain writing symbols. They are a code, a secret code that only gets revealed when you add the symbols on top of each other. Great article Bard, the subject has always been very fascinating. I came across an article which suggests that alien races might already have bases underground and underwater and away from the public eye. It makes for a good debate actually. I bet you did have fun making that video. And your song, while I can see it reflects your own UFO experiences it also speaks to many others as well. It was great! In fact I was recently reading a few hubbers experiences and one or two of them heard the hum that you did.
I've only had 1.5 sightings. Neither of them had the accompanying hum. But one night as I lay in bed I heard what I can only describe as a million crickets chirping or thousands of branches squeaking on glass. It was very loud. I've never heard anything like it since.
Hi Teresa! There are so many experiences possible and how we perceive them. For me personally it was all about making me understand the reality of the situation rather than specific details!

Excellent aricle Steve, and a subject I have always found fascinating. I highly recommend the book "Witnessed" by Budd Hopkins, which is a true story of a families regular abductions and government involvement at the highest levels. It is well worth reading Budd Hopkins work on UFO's and Alien Abduction, as he makes a very good case for their existence.
